No Return, No Exchange & No Refund Policy
Due to hygiene, safety, and personal care standards, all products sold by To Man made for man to lead are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once the order has been placed and successfully delivered.
Under no circumstances shall any order be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund after delivery.
Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, ingredients, usage instructions, and order information before making a purchase.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any request for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation at its sole discretion.
In case a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at accounts@corecosmetic.in along with relevant proof such as images or videos. The Company will review the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution, if applicable.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You may receive a gift credit at the sole discretion of the Company after review of the issue reported.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, any communication regarding the order will be made directly with the original purchaser.
